Ladenzeile GmbH (previously Visual Meta GmbH) is an online shop aggregator showcasing products in fashion, living and lifestyle from hundreds of sites. The shopping platforms operate under the names Ladenzeile and Shopalike in 13 European countries. The company was founded in 2009 and as of 2011 is part of the international media powerhouse Axel Springer.
Company has been renamed from Visual Meta to Ladenzeile, taken from the name of the shopping platform. Ladenzeile and Shopalike shopping platforms have gone through complete redesign. The new look and feel of the brand had to be reflected on the corporate website, in terms of design, tone-of-voice and communication strategy.
The objective of the corporate website redesign project was to create an intuitive, modern and simple MVP of the website that speaks to different audiences (B2B, B2C and B2E) and acts as a professional business-card that highlights business model and key services.
The current corporate website was outdated. The identity and tone of voice did not match the company or brand purpose.
To design user-friendly corporate website that is aligned with the new brand strategy. To deliver concise messaging to B2B, B2E and B2C audience that communicates clearly the business model and key services.
